Wow! All I wanna do is bake

"Momma, just bake....just bake momma!"  Echos my son.

Lord, I wish it was that easy. 

As I continue to move forward with this little venture I am reminded of how a true formal business runs.  I am not looking to win the world over with my little bakery, but I want to make sure that every step moves forward and not backwards.  I have seen to many not prepare for their steps ahead.

A business plan is a great start, but not all answers can be answered right away.  Research can be answered right away- immediate goals, logistics, start up fee's, logo, website, business cards, and a few other things can be planned....but man it's painstakingly long.   Even the creative side can make you a little batty.

I look at everything, and long to just make it happen...skimp on the important book work items that can really complete this process.

Let me make muffins or give me....well you get it- right?

Sitting in the middle of paperwork for the past 3 weeks gives me no inspiration, and I am a highly creative person.  So, I still sit in the middle of paperwork.

I am starting small....very small, but very good!  The product that is being developed is being taste tested.  The end result have been "yum". 

But, the paperwork.  Ugh. 

Okay. I am done, but next we'll get some pictures of this amazing baked test goods. 

Hopefully, my time line is on track.
